Explanation:

Any plane passing through point of intersection of the plane
3x + 4y + 6z –3 = 0 and (2x – 4y + z + 6) = 0 is
(2x – 4y + z + 6) + λ(3x + 4y + 6z – 3) = 0 ……………….(1)
Since if passes through origin 6 – 3λ = 0
∴ Putting λ = 2 in (1) we get the required equation as 8x + 4y + 13z = 0
